We often search for that magic pill, the one where dramatic weight loss in one week is promised. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no such pill. There is however something even better...a healthy lifestyle change. But first and foremost... Love yourself, love your body. Because the truth is no matter how much body fat we lose, no matter how much lean muscle we've gained, if we are not satisfied with the person that we are inside, if we are not proud of our smallest accomplishments towards our fitness goals, we will always be running in place and feeling empty. Embrace your own uniqueness and continue to take care of your mind before and during your fitness journey. You don't need to get there tomorrow, you just need to get there. Life is not a race, it's ok to walk to the finish line.
